Freshly renovated room, marble-lined bathroom, dedicated staff. Hotel was centrally located and had excellent prices. Impressive view, a nice balcony, spacious bed, too. The breakfast was fine and had lots of options. Flawless service at all times too.

I enjoyed its location and staff, very comfortable building. Walking distance to shops and a small convenience store across the street. It was also short walk from Kontraktova Ploshcha metro station. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a safe, a minibar and an ironing set were a nice touch. Early check-in too👍

Location was impeccable and the hotel in general was functional, I appreciated it. Warm and absolutely gorgeous room, the bathroom was large. There was variety of cheap options for continental breakfast. There was a heated pool on site too. Such a truly memorable experience.

Fairly clean place with helpful staff. Shops and a small convenience store were right next door. The excellent service combined with the brilliant food.

Unbeatable location, kind staff, all round very enjoyable experience! We had an executive king room room with a superb decor - it was extremely spacious. The hotel was centrally located for traveling through Kiev. Easy check-in was a bonus.

Tbh, Wi-Fi was very poor and the bathroom was dirty.

It was a pleasant enough experience overall. I loved my stay at this proper hotel, attractive rooms. Cozy lobby.

It's welcome base for sightseeing and exploring Kiev. The rooms in the hotel were big;))
